In this last phase of production, the plantlets are transplanted to the final production greenhouse in which they will remain until they are ready for harvest. After 6 months since the definitive plantlet plantation, they are then forced to flower with smoke.
From the harvested fruit it is extracted its “Rhizome” that will then be used to cultivate other plants, initiating a new cycle of production.
The process of cultivating the Best Pineapple in the World has the duration of two years, since the moment the “Toca” is planted, until the time when the fruit is ready to be harvested.
